The rooms here come with nice furniture, including a modern sofa, all the basics you need, and even a balcony to enjoy. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff when it comes to helping out. 😊

A/C unit in the room was not working/cooling properly which caused minor discomfort.

Location, comfort and friendly staff plus WiFi was fast.

One day housekeeping forget to empty the trash, didn't refill tissue paper and toilet paper. I was disappointed that many was missed in one morning.

The heated pool here is great, and it's conveniently located near the church for Christmas Eve services; the breakfast spread offers plenty of delicious options.

Food service and a bar were on the premises, and the staff was polite and respectful.

My bed made noise when I got out of it during the night.

Microwave and mini fridge in the rooms are very convenient. Staff was very accommodating when we and to switch rooms because of a loud pool party and the moved us to a quieter part of the hotel

Our first room had a patio behind the pool/hot tub which was very loud due to a pool party.

The hotel is fairly clean and wonderful. They offer exceptionally nice breakfast with a wide range of options. Rooms are soundproof, bathrooms are clean, and the service is excellent. There are great facilities available, including coffee, a balcony, and a couch.

The King bed and sofa bed combination was perfect for a couple and their 2 little kids.

Room could have been bigger. No room when sofa bed was open.

Ample room to entertain local guests in the lounge area. The beautiful Web Lake right out the back door. It was exquisitely landscaped and filled with wildlife (ducks, exotic birds, turtles sunning themselves on well-placed rocks) We loved it!

Everything was super-cool.We liked everything including the price!

We stayed in a modern king room with very comfy beds, and the location was convenient, close to Rancho Bernardo, Escondido, and the city.

The staff was very out going and friendly

The pull out bed was very hard, so we had to get some comforter's from the front desk to make it softer

It was a nice hotel for a good price!

Front desk last was kind of rude when checking in. There was 4 of us that are 19 and she assumed we were planning on drinking in the room and was bratty about checking us in because of it. Never once did we say we were drinking or give off any vibes so she was just being judgmental. Parking was kind of weird too, but it worked!

The staff were very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. We were bothered by road noise and our second room was lovely and quiet. We had a nice stay.

First room was a bit noisy since we could hear the highway.

loved the meeting places they had available for families visiting. Outdoor furniture, park setting, fitness room, huge family, eating, watching television room for families. Location was excellent, surrounded by banks, vons, cvs, eateries, perfect location to get on the freeway. Will definitely stay again! LOVED it! Even my sister, who I was visiting felt like she had a vacation.
